This icon next to a member's user ID means that the seller meets the criteria for being a PowerSeller - consistent sales volume, 98% total positive Feedback, eBay marketplace policy compliance, an account in good financial standing, and beginning in July 2008, detailed seller rating (DSRs) of 4.5 or higher in all four DSRs - item as described, communication, shipping time, and shipping and handling charges. If a seller no longer complies with any one of the above requirements, they are removed from the program.

As a buyer, when you see this mark, you can be confident that you are transacting with an experienced eBay seller with a proven commitment to customer satisfaction.

EBay Feedback - Lucky Motors constantly strives for 100% customer satisfaction in the purchase and delivery process of all the vehicles we sell. However, there are some aspects of this process that are out of our control:

• The titling process with the state the vehicle is coming from or going to
• The pick up and delivery of vehicles with the transport companies
• In the unlikely event of any transportation damage, the vehicle is insured with the transporter. There is a detailed condition report that is filed by the transporter at the time of pickup.
These examples should not have any bearing on overall product feedback.

Condition of eBay Sale:

• Vehicle must be paid in full.
• All documents must be signed by customer and received by Lucky Motors.
• Detailed inspection of vehicle is done by your salesperson, alternate dealer, independent inspector, eBay inspector or any person you decide necessary to validate the condition of your vehicle. (Please note our extensive eBay feedback of satisfied customers should also give you a piece of mind.)
• Most importantly, before the release of your vehicle, we must mutually leave positive EBay feedback or your vehicle cannot be shipped.
