Fantastic experience. This was my first time buying a car completely solo, so I was a bit unsure of how the pre-owned car purchase process worked (and what I should look out for). Lucky for me, my dream car was at Lucky Motors and was priced around general market for its age and miles. The staff was friendly, fun, and seemed to enjoy what they did. The owner was patient and transparent with me in explaining the pricing and financing (which was all new to me). Not only that, but the car was in such amazing condition for its tag that I didn't even try to haggle. Other dealers were asking the same amount for the same model, but with more miles and even check-engine lights on!! Good communication, great team, and (at least for my car) fantastic value and quality. I was out of state so I immediately put it on a road trip. I'm 500 miles in and nothing major has come up, save for an errant and irregular check tire alert.

Bought the Lexus 430. 80k miles. Only a few very minor issues that Chris and Lucky Motors addressed immediately. Ice cold air, top worked and the car was cleaned and delivered in a very professional manner. I'll do business with them again!

Great experience dealing with Chris he is very straightforward and direct, everything was exactly as he said. I have not only happy with my purchase .
